About Me

Dr. Dipankar Bhattacharyya is a renowned Gynaecologist in Kolkata engaged as a consultant, obstetrician, and gynecologist. Dr. Bhattacharyya completed his MBBS at the University of Calcutta and thereafter DGO and MD from the same University. He then proceeded to the U.K. and subsequently worked in the National Health Service for six consecutive years with competency and gained recognition. Dr. Bhattacharyya also acquired Membership in the Royal College of Gynaecology, London, U.K. in 2007 and subsequently returned to India gaining experience in modern practice and procedures of the subject. The main areas of interest in his practice are – High-Risk Pregnancy, Gynaecological Oncology, Laparoscopic Surgery, and Infertility. He is currently attached to Desun Hospitals, Kolkata.
