Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the services provided by MedyCity Services Ltd. ("MedyCity," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

Services Provided MedyCity offers medical tourism services, connecting individuals ("Clients" or "Patients") with healthcare providers and facilitating the arrangement of medical treatments, procedures, consultations, and related services ("Services"). We act as an intermediary and do not provide medical services ourselves.

  2. Client Responsibilities a. Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete personal and medical information during the registration process and throughout the engagement. MedyCity relies on this information to assist in arranging appropriate medical treatments and services.

b. Verification: Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of the medical treatments, providers, and facilities suggested by MedyCity. It is the Client's responsibility to seek professional medical advice and conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any medical procedures.

c. Travel Arrangements: Clients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, visas, and other necessary documentation. MedyCity may offer assistance and recommendations, but it does not assume responsibility for the Client's travel arrangements.

d. Compliance with Laws: Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of their home country and the destination country related to medical tourism, travel, and healthcare.

  1. Limitation of Liability a. Third-Party Services: MedyCity is not liable for the actions, omissions, or services provided by healthcare providers, medical facilities, or other third-party service providers. We act solely as an intermediary and do not control or assume responsibility for their performance.

b. Personal Responsibility: Clients understand and accept that they are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions related to medical treatments and services. MedyCity is not liable for any outcomes, complications, or dissatisfaction arising from the medical procedures or treatments arranged through our Services.

c. Indirect Damages: MedyCity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or the engagement with healthcare providers.

  1. Privacy and Confidentiality a. Data Protection: MedyCity is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of Client information. We handle personal and medical data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

b. Information Sharing: With the Client's consent, MedyCity may share personal and medical information with healthcare providers and other third parties involved in the provision of Services. However, we will only disclose information necessary for arranging and facilitating medical treatments.

  1. Intellectual Property a. Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to MedyCity's website, content, and Services, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information, are the property of MedyCity or its licensors.

b. Restrictions: Clients are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using MedyCity's intellectual property without explicit written permission.

  1. Termination MedyCity reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Termination or suspension may result in the loss of access to Client information or ongoing arrangements. The Client may also terminate their engagement with MedyCity by providing written notice.

  2. Amendments MedyCity reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the revised terms will apply to all subsequent use of the Services. It is the Client's responsibility to review the updated Agreement periodically.

  3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MedyCity is registered. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
