He received his MBBS from Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College, his MD (Anesthesia) from Andhra Medical College, and completed his Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences. He is a celebrated Critical Care Specialist in Hyderabad. He has worked as a Senior Resident in Anaesthesiology and Critical Care, at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, as a Consultant in Critical Care, and as an ECMO Consultant. He is an expert in spinal anaesthesia, central venous line insertion, epidural anaesthesia, peripheral venous line insertion, general anaesthesia, and chest drain insertion.
