Her expertise includes various techniques in breast oncology such as sentinel lymph node biopsy, breast conservation surgery, axillary surgery, prophylactic mastectomy, modified radical mastectomy, skin sparing mastectomy, oncoplasty, oncology/breast reconstruction and LD/LICAP and TDAP reconstruction. She is also the author of books, guides and various publications of national and international repute. She is a keen advocate of patient support groups and has organised many national and international conferences.
