Ms. Hamshi Ganjam has worked as a speech-language pathologist for 4.5 years specializing in the paediatric field. She is skilled in conducting speech, language, hearing and swallowing assessments and building tailor-made rehabilitation plan for children and their families. Her clinical experience focuses on early Childhood Speech and Language, Early Intervention, Social Communication, Fluency, Augmentative and Alternative Communication and Paediatric Feeding. She has been using evidence-based practices in Speech-Language Pathology. She brings with her, not just her clinical expertise, but also her cheery disposition and planning that make every session joyful for the children. Her sessions are filled with productive play-based therapy! She has a unique ability to connect precisely with the children’s interests. She also recognizes and catalyzes the role of parents as an essential part of their child's intervention and works on teaching parents techniques and language strategies to implement at home. She is also an advocate for disability rights and inclusion.
