• Dr. Ravi Shankar Swamy is a highly regarded neonatologist renowned for his proficiency in Bayley Scales-based neuro-developmental evaluation. He is a part of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health (UK) and holds several degrees. He also works as the HELIX trial's lead researcher as an honorary research associate at Imperial College London. This experiment investigates the effectiveness of whole-body cooling for infants with encephalopathy.
