Dr. Philomena Vaz is a dedicated Gynaecologist who practices as a Consultant - Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Manipal Hospitals on Old Airport Road, Bengaluru. She has more than 30 years of extensive experience in dealing with high-risk pregnancies, bereavement care, and well-woman clinics, in addition to doing conventional OBGYN procedures. She provides care to those struggling with Cervical Cervical, Infertility Evaluation and Treatment, Obstetrics and Antenatal Care, Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI), Caesarean Section (C Section), and numerous other related health conditions. She is a top gynaecologist in Bangalore. The doctor graduated from Jagadguru Jayadeva Murugarajendra Medical College (JJMMC) with her MBBS in 1975. She earned her DGO from Kasturba Medical College in 1979 before completing her MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Jagadguru Jayadeva Murugarajendra Medical College (JJMMC) in 1984. Dr. Philomena Vaz has received numerous honours, including the Ayurvedacharya in 2009 and the Best Oral Presentation Award in 2014. She also received the highest grades at graduation in 2008 due to her expertise in the subject. Dr. Philomena Vaz is a proud member of the Bangalore Society of Obstetrics & Gynecology (BSOG), the Federation of Obstetric and Gynecological Societies of India (FOGSI), and the Indian Medical Association (IMA). Additionally, she is a fellow of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS).
