Subsequently, he underwent his 2 years Fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at St John’s Medical College, Bengaluru. He has previously worked as Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the prestigious Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Udupi where he was managing a wide array of diseases in children. He established the division of Pediatric Nephrology at Narayana Hospitals, Bommasandra, Hosur Road, and started the Pediatric Kidney Transplant Program with several transplants in children to his credit. Dr.Saumil has many national and international publications to his credit and has a keen interest in research and advancements in the field of Pediatric Nephrology.
