Dr. Bhavana is a dedicated Pediatrician bringing compassion and expertise to her healthcare with vast experience in General Pediatrics including Nutrition, Growth & development, Vaccination, Infectious diseases, Asthma , Pediatric emergencies and Neonatology. She completed her M.B.B.S from JSS Medical college , Mysore with meritorious grades and her MD Pediatrics from the prestigious Dr. DY Patil University, Pune. She has worked in Chennai during her initial days post MBBS. She completed her Senior residency from the renowned Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya Government Hospital, Delhi and UCMS Delhi where she has handled all types of childhood infections , Cases of Poisoning and Critical cases. She has multiple publications in well-established journals including International Journal of early childhood special education and Journal of International Medical Sciences Academy. She is Provider in Pediatric advanced life support (PALS) and Basic life support (BLS), a course offered by the American Heart Association (AHA) for health care providers who take care of children and infants in the emergency room, and intensive care units in the hospital, and out of hospital. She is also certified in NRP (neonatal resuscitation protocol)- neonatal advanced life support. She is diligent and hardworking and her personal areas of interest lies in growth and developmental issues of children , vaccination , nutrition and critical care, She is multi lingual, which facilitates easy communication with her patient
