Dr. Swathi Padmanaban is a highly skilled Pediatrician and Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinologist with over 7 years of experience. She has worked at several prestigious pediatric centers, including Kanchi Kamakoti Child’s Trust Hospital and ICH Egmore. Dr. Padmanaban completed her MD as a Gold Medalist in 2017, followed by a fellowship in Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology and Diabetes at the renowned Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health in Bangalore, one of the largest endocrine centers in India. She is honored to be the 4th Indian to receive the prestigious International Scholar Award from the Pediatric Endocrine Society, USA. Additionally, Dr. Padmanaban underwent advanced training in Pediatric Diabetes and Endocrinology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), USA. Her areas of expertise include childhood obesity, diabetes mellitus, short stature, disorders of sexual differentiation (DSD), as well as disorders of the bone, thyroid, pituitary, and adrenal glands. Dr. Padmanaban is an active member of several professional organizations, including IAP, ISPAE, PEAK, and ISPAD, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and advancing the field of pediatric endocrinology.
