He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in Edinburgh, a Fellow of the Indian Association of Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons (FIACS), and has completed a prestigious Fellowship in Cardiac Surgery at FMC, Australia. His academic excellence is highlighted by an Honours in Pharmacology and a Gold Medal in DNB CTVS.
