• Dr. Kaushik Sil is a renowned consultant in the Department of Neurosurgery at Manipal Hospitals, Mukundapur, Kolkata, with an overall experience of 30 years, including 16+ years of dedicated focus on the domain. Dr. Sil laid the foundation of his medical career by completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Calcutta National Medical College, followed by a Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery from SCB Medical College, Cuttack. He later obtained a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Neurosurgery from the National Board of Examinations (NBE). Dr. Sil’s expertise and proficiency in the field are backed by his outstanding training under eminent national and international specialists, notable ones being Prof. A.P. Kahn from France in Paediatric Neurology, Prof. Shizuo Oi from Japan in Hydrocephalus Management, and Prof. Atul Goel in Skull Base Surgery, establishing him as the Best Neurosurgeon Doctor in Kolkata. • Dr. Sil specialises in many domains of Neurosurgery, including Paediatric Neurosurgery, Spina Bifida Surgery, Spinal Disc and Fixation Surgery, Brain and Spinal Tumour Surgery, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome Surgery, Subdural Haematoma Surgery, Head Injury Management, and V.P Shunt Surgery.
