• Dr. Anindhya Chattopadhyay is a renowned consultant specialist in the Department of Paediatric Surgery at Manipal Hospitals, Mukundapur, Kolkata, with more than 17 years of experience in the specialty. Dr. Chattopadhyay’s vocation in the medical field started with completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Burdwan Medical College, where he was awarded several gold medals for his academic excellence. He later pursued a Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery from the Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, followed by a Master of Chirurgiae (MCh) in Paediatric Surgery from All Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). • Dr. Chattopadhyay’s expertise encompasses Paediatric Urology, Intersex Neurosurgery, Neonatal Surgery, and Paediatric Thoracic Surgery, employing advanced techniques to treat several conditions affecting newborns and paediatric children. He is also proficient in addressing children with intersex variations by carrying out various surgical interventions, i.e., Intersex Neurosurgery, and also children diagnosed with solid cancer malignancies, combining Surgery with Chemotherapy and Radiation to reduce long-term side effects, and aiming for remission and long-term recovery. He is a Good Pediatrician in Kolkata. • Beyond Dr. Chattopadhyay’s services in the clinical domain, he is a member of distinguished societies, namely the Indian Association of Paediatric Surgeons (IAPS) and the Paediatric Endosurgeons of India (PESI).
