• Dr. Abhishek NK Saha is an esteemed paediatric orthopaedic specialist with over 14 years of experience in the field. He currently practises at Manipal Hospitals, Mukundapur, Kolkata. Dr. Saha’s academic pursuit began with an MBBS degree, securing a gold medal in his first year, followed by a DNB in Orthopaedics and a Diploma in Orthopaedics from the College Of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai (CPS). He also pursued an MS in Orthopaedics from Seychelles. He further specialised with a Paediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship from JMRF-IOA. He is the foremost Paediatric Orthopaedics Doctor in Kolkata. • Dr. Saha primarily deals with complex and paediatric orthopaedic cases. His expertise includes the treatment of cerebral palsy, Revision Joint Replacements, Revision of infected cases, Limb Lengthening, and complex Orthopaedic Surgeries. A pioneer of Arthroscopy in the paediatric hip and knee, Dr. Saha has treated rare disorders like discoid meniscus and avascular necrosis of hip and femoral head deformity. He also has expertise in Joint Replacements, Arthroscopy/ ACL Surgery, sports injuries and complex hand and foot/ankle problems. He firmly believes that every orthopaedic problem, however complex it might look, always has a solution. • Dr. Saha has made notable contributions to the field of Paediatric Orthopaedics, with multiple research papers to his credit. Recognised as one of the youngest faculty in the field, he has received several accolades and has attended national and international conferences with multiple papers. Frequently invited as a guest speaker, he shares his insights on complex orthopaedic cases at several conferences.
