His journey in the medical field began with an MBBS degree and an MS degree in General Surgery from the University of Calcutta. He honed his skills in Endocrine Surgery at the renowned Christian Medical College, Vellore. Dr. Maji further pursued his training at the prestigious Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute, Kolkata, where he completed his DNB in Surgical Oncology, specialising in treating various cancerous conditions.
