Dr. Purkait completed his MBBS degree and subsequently achieved his MS in General Surgery from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, where his exceptional academic performance earned him a distinguished gold medal award. His dedication to specialisation led him to pursue and complete his MCh in Urology from King George Medical University (KGUM), Lucknow. • Throughout his career, Dr. Purkait has refined his skills in Urology Surgery, particularly advanced Laparoscopy and Microsurgery, having performed over 5000 surgeries of various complexities. His focus lies predominantly in Uro-oncology and Uro-oncological Surgery. • Moreover, Dr. Purkait is proficient in performing Laser Cancer Surgery, where he employs cutting-edge techniques to optimise surgical outcomes and minimise post operative complications.
