Dr. Anand S serves as the Program Director for Minimally Invasive Head and Neck Surgery at HCG Cancer Centre. He has a primary interest in the management of head and neck cancers and thyroid diseases. Dr. Anand has extensive experience in performing robotic head and neck surgery and laser surgery. He is among the few surgeons in India to have undergone formal structured training in robotic head and neck surgery and holds full credentialing to perform these procedures. His career includes positions at several reputed cancer centers in India, including Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology. Dr. Anand is also involved in clinical research, academics, and post-laryngectomy voice rehabilitation. He has participated in several important clinical trials and multicentric international trials. Additionally, he serves as the director of surgical training for voice rehabilitation after throat cancer surgery.
