Dr. Suvendu Maji is a General Surgeon and Surgical Oncologist at Desun Hospital and Heart Research Institute in Kolkata, India. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of surgery, with a special focus on cancer surgery. Dr. Maji completed his MBBS from the Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (IPGMER) in Kolkata in 2011. He then went on to complete his MS in General Surgery from the same institution in 2015. After completing his MS, Dr. Maji pursued a DNB in Surgical Oncology from the Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute (CNCI) in Kolkata. Dr. Maji has a wide range of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of cancer, including breast cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, and head and neck cancer. He is also skilled in performing a variety of general surgeries, such as hernia repair, gallbladder removal, and appendix removal.
