Dr. Seth holds an MBBS from Government Medical College, Nagpur, a DNB in Paediatrics from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Developmental Neurology. She is a life member of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics and the National Childhood Disability Group. ​
